Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed
- Orders placed after 2pm IST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays
Packaging
Every Astrofume order is thoughtfully packaged to protect your fragrance during transit. Bottles are wrapped in protective cushioning and sealed within our signature gift box. We use eco-conscious materials wherever possible.
If you are ordering a gift, we offer complimentary gift wrapping and a personalised note — available at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or full refund.
